All Venues Food Trucks (“AVFoodTrucks”, “we”, “us”) provides lead-generation services that connect event organizers with independent food truck vendors. We do not cater events ourselves.

2) Using Our Service

  • Submit accurate details so vendors can quote properly.
  • We may share your event info with relevant vendors.
  • We may contact you about your request and related services.

3) Vendor Relationships & Payments

  • Vendors are independent businesses responsible for menus, pricing, permits, insurance, and service.
  • Contracts and payments are between you and the vendor. AVFoodTrucks is not a party to vendor contracts.
  • Refunds, disputes, and cancellations are handled directly with your vendor.

4) Acceptable Use

  • No spam, fraud, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the website or vendors.
  • You agree not to use the service to violate laws, venue rules, or third-party rights.

5) Content & IP

Site content (text, logos, design) belongs to AVFoodTrucks or its licensors. User submissions (reviews/messages) may be used to operate and improve the service.

6) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee vendor availability, pricing, or performance.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVFoodTrucks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed $100.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AVFoodTrucks against claims arising from your use of the service, your event, or your vendor contracts.

9) Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Venue lies in Sacramento County, CA.

10) Updates

We may update these terms at any time by posting here. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
